Chief Executive Officer
- Creates, communicates, and implements the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction – i.e., leading the development and implementation of the overall organization’s strategy in an ethical manner.
- Plays and integral in recruiting, marketing, and networking events.
- Increases management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Negotiates contract and operational contracts.
- Oversees and executes financial obligations on behalf of the organization.
- Supervises and managers the organization’s managers.

Office Manager
- Directly supports the CEO.
- Oversees the operations of the organization’s human resources and administrative tasks for the organization.
- Designs job descriptions with key performance indicators to drive performance management for clients.
- Leads meetings with key stakeholders to review the effectiveness of HR and admin policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintains office supplies by checking stocks; placing and expediting orders; evaluating new products.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs
- Develops a recruitment program, including recruitment events.
- Manages the organization’s recruitment and interviewing activities; ensures that courteous and friendly drivers and employees are recruited.
- Implements employee incentive program.
- Leads the organization workforce planning efforts.
- Trains employees.
- Evaluates the performance of employees.
- Arranges travel, meetings, and appointments for staff.
- Ensures safety requirements for vehicles and drivers are met.
- Oversees all daily office activities.

Marketing and Sales Executive
- Identifies and collaborates with new partners and business opportunities.
- Designs and maintains an attractive and effective website and mobile app.
- Develops a Marketing and Sales Plan, including internship opportunities for Tri-State area students and networking prospects.
- Meets annual marketing and sales quotas.
- Identifies and secures new contract opportunities.
- Prepares contracts for CEO’s signature.
- Leverage social media platforms.
- Writes winning proposal documents and negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy.
- Conducts business research, marker surveys, and feasibility studies for clients.
- Communicates and advocates for the customer’s needs and communicates directly with clients on a regular basis
- Document all customer contact and information.
- Represents the company in strategic, marketing, and sales meetings.
- Help increase sales and growth for the company.

Accountant
- Prepares financial reports, budgets, balance sheets, invoices and financial statements for the organization.
- Creates annual budget plan.
- Tracks all organizational the financial transactions.
- Responsible for financial forecasting and risks analysis.
- Manages financial systems and policies.
- Administers bi-weekly payrolls.
- Ensures compliance with taxation legislation and other federal, state, and local compliance regulations and laws.
- Serves as the internal auditor for the company.

Professional Drivers
- Maintains a clean and safe driving record.
- Drives school vans and other forms of transportation as assigned by management.
- Maintains a logbook of driving activities to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Maintains a record of vehicle inspections and ensures that vehicles are equipped with safety equipment.
- Inspects vehicles for mechanical and safety issues.
- Report defects, accidents, or violations in a timely manner

Client Service Executive /Front Desk Officer
- Develops a Customer Communication Plan.
- Welcomes children and their parents by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
- Ensures that all clients are contacted in a timely manner (via email, walk-in center, SMS, or telephone).
- Provides the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level.
- Through interaction with clients on the phone, uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s products and services.
- Manages administrative duties assigned by the manager in an effective and timely manner.
- Receives parcels/documents for the organization.
